Commonly Asked Questions

Yes. If you plan to use insurance, I encourage you to check in with your provider to confirm your benefits so you can feel confident in your coverage.

The easiest way is to call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your mental health benefits, copay, deductible, and whether telehealth is covered. This helps you start therapy with a clear sense of what to expect.

I’ll always do my best to help you understand any financial pieces before we get started, but your insurance provider is the most accurate source for up‑to‑date information.

Just let me know as soon as possible so we can update your information and avoid any interruptions in coverage.

Yes. If you’re paying privately and your plan offers out‑of‑network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance.

Please contact me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled without notice may be billed at the self‑pay rate.

Your cost depends on your insurance benefits. If you’re paying privately, each session will be billed a flat rate.
